Seeking a Journeyman Electrician with a strong background in battery energy storage systems (BESS), substations, and utility‑scale solar projects for a direct‑hire position. The first project is located in Houston, TX, with ongoing opportunities that will require statewide travel.

Pay is starting at $32 per hour.
Responsibilities
Install and maintain electrical systems for battery storage, substation, and solar infrastructure
Run conduit, bend pipe, and pull cable to spec
Read and interpret blueprints, one‑lines, and technical drawings
Work with high‑voltage equipment and utility‑scale components
Operate equipment as needed (lulls, skid steers, trenchers, etc.)
Perform general labor tasks when required, including digging, site cleanup, and material handling
Ensure adherence to safety standards, company protocols, and project specifications
Collaborate with field leadership and project teams to maintain productive workflow
Qualifications
Active Journeyman Electrician License (Texas)
Prior experience in battery storage OR substation projects is required
Proficient in running conduit, bending pipe, and pulling cable
Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in outdoor environments
Willingness to travel statewide and work extended hours as needed
Ability to assist with non‑electrical tasks when required
