Experienced Loan Officer with real skills
Comfortable with processing; not a deal‑breaker if not
Master of Conv, Gov, and Non‑QM
Fluent in DU/LP
Extensive knowledge of Fannie/Freddie
Winning attitude; no losers
Experienced in building and leading a team – leadership required
Relentless work ethic; hustle HARD
Ability to teach file structuring; educate like a boss
Responsibilities
Support the team by structuring, teaching, and assisting with loan applications
Mentor and coach the 6 NEW LOs from the last 30 days
Lead and develop a back‑end warrior team
Assist with pipeline management, lead generation, and relationship building
Maintain a 12–15 hour workday, 7 days a week growth mindset
