NuSpine Chiropractic is looking for a Healthcare Membership Sales & Patient Customer Service Representative to join our team.
About the Role In this front‑facing position, you will be the welcoming voice and smile that introduces patients to the benefits of routine chiropractic care. You will confidently guide patients through membership options using supportive sales techniques. You will also assist the doctor, update digital patient files, and schedule appointments through our online portal, prioritizing excellent customer support and ensuring every visit feels smooth, caring, and positive.
Hours:
Part‑time: 22–28 hours/week; Weekends required (rotation available) Clinic hours:
10 am–6 pm Mon‑Fri & 10 am–4 pm Sat‑Sun (13,000 North IH-35, Austin, 78753) Pay Rate:
$15–$17 per hour Benefits:
