Job Requirements and Responsibilities of the Bilingual Apartment Property Manager:
Apartment Industry experience is
REQUIRED
Apartment Manager experience is
REQUIRED , including supervisory and leadership skills to delegate and manage the performance of others, including counseling, coaching/training and development
Reporting the property's financial status, occupancy and expiring leases to property owners
Collecting rent, dealing with late payments, and handling operating expenses
Sales management and marketing knowledge, skills and abilities to sell services to new and existing customers
Investigate, address and help to resolve tenant complaints, disturbances and violations
Perform routine inspections, including vacated units and walk the property
Experience working with conventional apartment communities of at least 200+ units
Stress-management, time-management, and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; detail oriented and highly organized
Stable work history is
REQUIRED
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a PLUS, but not required
