Assistant ! Play a key role in supporting the team with exceptional service for private banking clients. Contribute to smooth day‑to‑day operations by assisting with “Know Your Client” (KYC) processes and compliance tasks. Responsibilities Ensure flawless execution: Process, verify, and track trade orders, payments, and client requests with precision. Be the communication hub: Engage with clients, their representatives, external asset managers, and subsidiaries; manage calls and emails professionally and take timely action. Drive onboarding excellence: Support client onboarding and documentation workflows while staying current on regulatory requirements. Coordinate and organize: Prepare and manage internal and external meetings, conference calls, and detailed meeting notes. Create impactful materials: Develop presentations, pitches, and tailored client documents that make a strong impression. Education & Qualifications Completed commercial education or higher education. Previous experience in the financial industry is an advantage. Strong interest and knowledge in financial markets and asset allocation. Fluent in English and German (written and spoken). Proficient in MS Office and digital tools. Additional Skills & Attributes Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset. A proactive “can‑do” attitude with a focus on continuous improvement and high‑quality standards. Meticulous attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely. Reliable, conscientious, and professional in all interactions. Strong organizational and prioritization skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
