Title: Customer Service II - Bilingual

Location: Abbott Park, Illinois

Duration: 3Month + extension

Main Responsibilities

Contact center role supporting internal Abbott employees.

Assistance with Workday system, policy questions, and data changes

Handle emails, chats, web forms, phone calls, and Teams appointments.

Provide support for Spanish-speaking employees, especially from Puerto Rico.

Use ticketing system (ServiceNow) and Workday for updates.

Skills

Bilingual in Spanish.

Customer service experience.

Strong typing and technology skills.

Preferred Skills

Experience with Workday system.

Experience with ServiceNow ticketing system

HR background or degree in HR

Education

Degree preferred but not required.

Open to candidates with customer service or HR background.
