The role requires direct interaction with customers and commitment to fostering a welcoming and friendly environment.

Strong skills in Customer Service and Customer Support
Ability to enhance Customer Satisfaction and deliver excellent Customer Experience
Effective communication
Previous experience in customer‑facing roles is preferred
Flexibility to work part‑time hours and as needed to cover vacations/illnesses
