SunCoast Blood Centers is seeking a Part Time creative Marketing Assistant to join our Communications team. In this role, you’ll support marketing and communications efforts, help create our posters, and ensure our brand shines in everything we do. Key Responsibilities
Assist with administrative and creative tasks for the marketing and communications team Produce, print, and package marketing materials (digital graphics, flyers, posters, sign-up sheets) Prepare and distribute physical marketing items for events and locations Enter data into event and donor management software, ensuring accuracy Update spreadsheets and inventories to track campaigns and initiatives Print and mail thank-you messages, tax receipts, and post-event communications Help organize, set up, and support special events Collaborate with the team to brainstorm and develop creative campaign ideas Maintain consistent brand identity across all materials Other duties as assigned to support SunCoast’s mission What We’re Looking For
school diploma or equivalent experience required Previous experience or coursework in marketing or a related field is a plus, but not required Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to work well independently and as part of a team Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Basic computer skills (data entry, word processing, spreadsheets, database operations) Positive attitude and willingness to learn Physical Requirements
Primarily sedentary work (sitting for extended periods, occasional walking/standing) Occasionally lift or move up to 20 lbs. Why Join SunCoast?
