We are seeking a **Marketing Specialist II** with AI prompting experience to support product marketing, go-to-market execution, and campaign activation for Deal Central. This role blends product storytelling, data-driven marketing, and hands-on use of generative and agentic AI to improve speed, relevance, and impact across marketing programs.* Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline and 2 years experience in a related field. The right candidate could also have a different combination, such as a master’s degree and up to 2 years experience; or 6 years experience in a related field* Experience supporting product launches or integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels.* Hands-on experience with marketing platforms (CMS, marketing automation, analytics, CRM, or sales enablement tools) such as Salesforce, Adobe InDesign, HubSpot, Marketo.* Strong ability to analyze performance data and translate insights into action.* Practical experience using generative (required) and agentic (preferred) AI for content creation, campaign ideation, or performance analysis.* Experience developing and refining prompts to produce high-quality marketing outputs.* Familiarity with responsible AI use within brand and compliance guidelines.* Curiosity and willingness to experiment with new tools and workflows.Cox brings together the world’s greatest minds to help breathe life into new possibilities – and drive innovation for a better future.
