About the role The Senior Content Marketing Manager (CMM) helps shape and fully owns the execution of RADICL’s content engine. This role partners closely with the CMO and cross‑functional leaders to support strategy and deliver high‑quality content across all major marketing channels. The ideal candidate is a full‑stack content creator, a fast‑moving storyteller, and a highly autonomous executor.

As a RADICL Senior Content Marketing Manager, you will: Strategic Input & Alignment

Collaborate across Product Management, Sales, and Marketing to help shape the overall content strategy.

Provide insights into audience themes, story angles, and content formats that resonate with cybersecurity and IT decision‑makers.

Ensure alignment across brand, product, and go‑to‑market messaging.

Hands‑On Content Creation (Primary Focus) As a full‑stack content creator, you will produce or contribute to:

Blogs, articles, briefs, and reports

Web content for product, solution, and industry pages

Social media content and executive visibility programs

Email copy, nurture sequences, and outbound messaging

Short‑form video scripts for experts and executives

Repurposed content from podcasts, events, and webinars

Visual storytelling concepts in partnership with Design

Content Operations & Execution

Own execution of the content plan across channels including web, social, email, and sales.

Maintain and evolve content repositories and collateral libraries.

Ensure consistency in tone, brand voice, and messaging.

Create and manage workflows for content creation, QA, and publishing.

Website & SEO Content

Write and optimize website content for clarity and conversion.

Partner with Paid/SEO agencies to align content with SEO strategy while maintaining strong brand storytelling.

Cross‑Functional Collaboration

Extract insights from Product, Engineering, Sales, and Delivery.

Partner with Field Marketing to support events and campaigns with tailored content.

Collaborate with Design to elevate the visual impact of all content.

Integrate podcast materials into multi‑channel content programs.

Your skillset/experience should include:

5–8+ years in content marketing, product marketing, editorial, or similar roles

Strong B2B experience; cybersecurity or SaaS/IT strongly preferred

Demonstrated ability to produce high‑quality content at high velocity

Experience scaling content systems in high‑growth environments

Skills

Exceptional writing and editing abilities

Ability to translate technical cybersecurity and AI concepts into clear narratives

Comfort with video scripting and short‑form content development

Strong project management and organizational skills

Excellent cross‑functional collaboration skills

The pay range for this role is:

110,000 - 165,000 USD per year (Boulder, CO)
