Position Weekend Warrior Dining Room Manager
Position Type: Full Time
Location: St. Peters, Missouri
Starting Wage: $21.00 - $24.25 per hour!
Shift Schedule: Thursday - Sunday 10 am – 7:30 pm
Workplace: The Boulevard Senior Living St. Peters located at 500 Bluffstone Circle, St. Peters, Missouri 63304.
Responsibilities
Keep Front of House Front of Mind: Ensure the dining room looks and stays prefect and that residents receive impeccable service.
Be a Host with the Most: Greet residents, make them feel welcome, mingle, entertain, and foster an environment where residents can connect.
Be a Peppy Prepper: Prepare tables, salads, rolling silverware, ensuring readiness for a successful meal service.
Be a Titan of Tidiness: Buss tables, sweep floors – crucial to keep the community proud.
Be an Appetite Anthropologist: Communicate with supervisors and wellness staff when poor dietary habits or unusual changes in appetite are observed, and when residents are absent from meals.
Qualifications
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Preferred prior experience leading a hospitality team.
Knowledge of the requirements for providing care and supervision appropriate to residents.
Must have and maintain a food server permit as required by the county.
Can read, write, understand, and communicate in English at a minimum of 8th‑grade proficiency with residents.
Positive and energetic attitude who will LOVE our residents!
Active; required to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and stoop all day.
Ability to lift or move items up to 50 pounds frequently.
Must be able to assist residents with sitting, standing, walking, and assist after a fall.
Must be criminally cleared.
Be in good health and physically and mentally capable; health screening within six months prior or seven days after employment; free from pulmonary tuberculosis at the time of screening.
