Schedule:Monday - Friday, daytime hours (8am-5pm) *May volunteer for an occasional Saturday based on patient needs Position is full-time Location:4565 Kipling St, Wheat Ridge, CO 80033 Hiring Immediately:We respondquickly to applications, so please be ready for a call or email to schedule your interview Experience that’s a PLUS (but not required):Childcare: nanny, babysitter, preschool teacher, tutor. Mental Health Roles: QMHP, behavioral health technicians. Camp Counselors, Paraprofessionals, Caregivers, Life Skill Assistants Pay (determined by education and ABA experience) High School/Associate’s Degree:$20.00 – $24.00 per hour Bachelor’s Degree:$20.00 – $25.50 per hour Master’s Degree:$20.00 – $28.00 per hour Fun Fact:You will receive your first raise after obtaining your RBT certification! Most new hires complete this in about three weeks. What You’ll be Doing: Work one-on-one with children aged 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA therapy Follow personalized treatment plans, collect simple data, and communicate with your team Help kids learn through play, movement, reading, games, and hands-on activities Stay active during sessions, moving constantly to stay engaged with children Maintain a clean, organized, safe therapy space Be part of a supportive, mission-driven team that celebrates progress and growth Make a Difference Every Day:Action Behavior Centers hires caring people to help children with Autism learn and grow, providing full training and covering the cost of your Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certificate. Our ABA therapy builds communication, social, and independent skills and as a Behavior Therapist, you play a meaningful part in each child’s progress.
