This high‑impact Account Executive role focuses on selling Clio’s AI and legal technology solutions to top law firms and corporate legal departments.

Who you are

Proven account executive thriving in complex, consultative enterprise environments.

Track record of success selling SaaS products into Fortune 500 companies with deep understanding of closing multi‑stakeholder deals.

Strong relationships with senior partners, general counsel, and C‑level executives.

Deep knowledge of the legal marketplace and ability to command the room.

What you’ll work on

Own a named account list and lead the full sales cycle—from prospecting and qualification to contract close.

Conduct product demos and executive meetings that translate legal pain points into clear business outcomes.

Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with legal buyers across all levels.

Collaborate cross‑functionally with product, customer success, and marketing to shape messaging and support success.

Help evolve the sales playbook by capturing learnings and identifying scalable strategies.

Represent Clio at industry events and conferences, building thought leadership and visibility.

Bring client feedback directly to the product team to guide roadmap priorities.

What you may have

Proven track record of exceeding quota in B2B SaaS sales.

Consultative selling skills that enable you to ask smart questions, read the room, and translate product features into impact.

Experience managing complex, multi‑threaded deals with stakeholders across functions and seniority levels.

High proficiency with CRM tools and sales metrics.

Willingness to travel for client meetings and events as needed.

Strong business acumen and ability to align sales motions with company strategy.

Excellent problem‑solving and conflict‑resolution skills.

Ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.

Highly organized with strong project management skills.

Passion for fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

At least 5 years of experience.

Benefits Compensation & Total Rewards:

Competitive salary range of $116,000 to $174,000 USD, uncapped commission potential, and a suite of high‑tier benefits including health, dental, vision, RRSP matching, and RESP contribution. Annual counseling benefit of $2,000, flexible time‑off policy with an encouraged 20 days per year, and a hybrid work environment with expectation for local office presence minimum twice per week.
