As a Senior Partner Account Executive, you'll manage and grow CDW through the Master Agent or Technology Services Distributor model. Leverage established relationships with key CDW sellers and account managers in specific U.S. regions. Enable CDW to identify and position Akamai's security services, generating opportunities for field sales teams. Develop and execute go-to-market plan. As a Senior Partner Account Executive, you will be responsible for: Engaging CDW through relationships, building interest and position solutions to drive new pipeline development Defining partner-specific plans to grow the North American business Acquiring new business by evangelizing Akamai's technology to recently acquired and prospective Partners Acting as the trusted point of contact to stakeholders and partner(s), ensuring mutual success Collaborating with all cross‑functional teams such as marketing, finance, enablement, legal and pre‑sales Do what you love
To be successful in this role you will: Have 8 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree and have worked with CDW and Avant or its equivalent Have solid expertise with channels and management and/or business development in the Cloud Security space Enjoy collaborating with internal cross‑functional teams to problem solve and build strategies to enable business growth Have an ability to build relationships at CXO level Be a natural communicator with an ability to build trusted relationships with partners to ensure success Be able to analyze data, provide actionable solutions and thought leadership to internal and external stakeholders Build your career at Akamai

Akamai is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. For US based candidates only - The On Target Earnings (OTE, base salary + commissions) for this position ranges from $157,900 - $328,100/year; a candidate’s OTE is determined by various factors including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and location. Compensation for candidates outside the US will vary. The compensation package may also include equity awards and an Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP). Akamai provides industry‑leading benefits including healthcare, 401K savings plan, company holidays, vacation (in the form of PTO), sick time, family friendly benefits including parental leave and an employee assistance program including a focus on mental and financial wellness; Eligibility requirements apply.
