Join us and help our teams deliver even greater outcomes.**About the opportunity:****Retirement Village Manager** to oversee the day to day operations of our vibrant **Parkville Retirement Village**, including the development of in-home services.**In this role you will:*** Assist in delivering the Mercy Health Seniors Living service offering* Enhance and develop relationships with Seniors Living residents, potential customers and their representatives* Collaborate with our National sales team to promote sales and marketing of the Village* Liaise with our national maintenance team to assist with unit refurbishments aligned with settlement time frames* Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements with the aim to achieve Accreditation across the portfolio* Assist with Seniors Living development projects* Work with the Precinct Manager and the wider Seniors Living leadership team to create Villages with open and transparent relationships between clients, residents and staff to ensure that communities operate efficiently and to the highest standards* Ensure residents and clients experience a positive customer journey from beginning to end within the broader Mercy Health community.**What you’ll bring:**It takes a special kind of person to work in healthcare or community services.
