About the Role We’re hiring an experienced Service Manager to run a busy auto repair center in Haltom City. This is a hands‑on leadership role for someone who can manage people, drive shop performance, and deliver great customer service.

If you’ve successfully led a shop or service team and know how to turn operations into results, we want to talk.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team of automotive technicians

Oversee daily shop operations and workflow

Write accurate estimates and explain repairs to customers

Handle customer concerns professionally

Drive revenue, profitability, and performance metrics

Manage inventory and control costs

Qualifications

3–5+ years of automotive service or shop management experience

Strong leadership and communication skills

Solid knowledge of automotive repair and diagnostics

Proven ability to hit revenue and performance goals

Valid driver’s license

Preferred: Franchise experience (Meineke a plus), bilingual (English/Spanish)

Pay & Benefits

$55,000–$65,000 base salary + performance bonuses

Top performers can earn $100K+

Mon–Fri: 8am–6pm

Sat: 8am–5pm
