The OT Channel Marketing [Director/Manager/Representative] will support the marketing efforts of the rapidly growing OT Channel. This critical role will be responsible for the overall implementation and management of OT partners marketing and co‑marketing programs, campaigns, events, and enablement to maximize growth and drive revenue. This role will work closely with key Channel, Sales, Marketing, and Technology Alliances teams to expand market impact of activities and build mindshare. To be successful, this position requires a strong blend of organizational and adaptability skills, flawless execution capabilities, along with an ability to build and manage relationships both internally and externally. Operational Technology partner marketing and management experience required.
Responsibilities and Duties
Develop and launch co‑marketing activities, including demand generation, thought leadership, social media, enablement, and events, determining the most effective strategies to meet goals
Oversee logistics of campaigns, events, partnerships, and budgets
Support stakeholder teams with necessary marketing tools and reports
Event/webinar management and support for OT engagement activities, including on‑site event execution
Travel and serve as an additional informational resource to distribute product knowledge, increase brand awareness, build relationships, and execute events
Work across teams to build and optimize content like email campaign materials, website copy, invitations, blogs, articles, social media, whitepapers, use cases, and collateral
Track key campaign metrics associated with OT activities, generate reports, and provide insights to inform future strategies as well as ensure demand generation follow‑through
Annual roadmap and budget planning and execution
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and 8-10 years related experience
Detail‑oriented with exceptional organizational, follow‑up, and time‑management skills
Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills with an ability to communicate at all levels of an organization
Self‑motivated, organized, innovative, and creative
Ability to multi‑task, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and work under deadlines
Experience in Operational Technology
A working knowledge of partner co‑marketing strategies and events execution
A willingness to wear many hats and quickly pivot based on changing priorities
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and SharePoint/OneDrive
Familiarity with project management tools, marketing, and analytics tools is a plus
20-30% domestic travel

Wage ranges are based on various factors including the labor market, job type, and job level. Earnings for this position are expected to be $180,000 - $290,000. Exact salary offers will be determined by factors such as the candidate's subject knowledge, skill level, qualifications, experience, and geographic location.
All roles are eligible to participate in the Fortinet equity program, Bonus eligibility is reviewed at time of hire and annually at the Company’s discretion.
