About the Role We are seeking a motivated
Digital Outreach & Fundraising Coordinator
to connect with warm leads, share our mission, and guide supporters through our online giving and subscription process. This role is ideal for someone who is confident speaking with people, passionate about community impact, and motivated by commission-based income.
This is a
100% commission role
with
leads provided . You will receive a
25% commission
on all donations or subscriptions you secure.
What You’ll Do
Call, text, and email leads provided by SISTAH Magazine
Share the mission and programs of SISTAH Magazine in a warm, engaging way
Walk supporters step-by-step through our giving page or subscription signup
Secure one-time and recurring gifts, sponsorships, and subscriptions
Track outreach activity and results
Follow up with interested contacts using approved scripts
Represent the brand professionally and respectfully at all times
Enjoy talking with people and building relationships
Are confident asking for donations or sales
Have strong communication and interpersonal skills
Are self-motivated and able to work independently
Are goal-oriented and thrive in commission-based roles
Care deeply about uplifting Black women’s voices and community media
Compensation
25% commission
on all confirmed donations, subscriptions, and sponsorships you secure
Unlimited earning potential — the more successful outreach you complete, the more you earn
No base pay (commission-only)
Requirements
Reliable internet and phone access
Basic comfort using websites and online forms
Ability to follow scripts and workflows
Prior fundraising, sales, call center, canvassing, political outreach, or nonprofit experience is a plus, but not required — training provided
