As a Sales Representative, you'll take the lead in reaching out to homeowners, educating them on the transformative power of solar energy. You'll be the guiding light, helping families transition to solar solutions that not only save on energy costs but also contribute to a healthier planet!
Your Role Will Include:
Engaging with potential customers through outreach initiatives in the community.
Delivering insightful presentations about the advantages and savings of adopting solar energy.
Fostering trust and rapport with homeowners to create lasting relationships.
Working collaboratively with an inspiring sales team to meet and exceed targets.
We’re Seeking Individuals Who:
Have exceptional interpersonal skills and a genuine passion for helping others.
Are enthusiastic about renewable energy and keen on educating others about its benefits.
Bring prior experience in sales or customer service, though a positive attitude is key!
Exhibit self-motivation and a strong determination to meet sales objectives.
Hold a valid driver’s license and have access to reliable transportation.
Are flexible to work evenings and weekends to accommodate potential customers.

Pay : $150,000 – $200,000+ per year (Uncapped Commission + Bonuses).
