The Account Representative role at TQL is an opportunity to build a career with a logistics industry leader that offers an award-winning culture and
high earning potential with uncapped commission . More than just an entry level sales role, you will be responsible for supporting and working with an established sales team to identify areas of opportunity with their customers to drive revenue. No experience necessary; you will start your career in an accelerated training program to learn the logistics industry. Once training is complete, you focus on growing new and existing business by presenting TQL customers with our transportation services and handling freight issues 24/7/365.

What you’ll do:
Communicate with the sales team and customers as the subject matter expert to build and maintain relationships
Manage projects from start to finish while overseeing daily shipments and resolve issues to ensure pickups and deliveries are on time
Work with the sales team to provide and negotiate competitive pricing
Input, update and manage shipment information in our state-of-the-art systems
Collaborate with the support team to guarantee each shipment is serviced properly
Assist with billing and accounting responsibilities as needed
