Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Field Superintendent to oversee electrical construction projects in the Orlando, FL area. This is a full-time, salaried leadership role responsible for managing field crews, equipment coordination, and ensuring safe, high-quality project execution.

Pay Range
$115k-$130k per year
Key Responsibilities
Supervise field labor and subcontractors, ensuring productivity, safety, and quality standards.
Coordinate manpower, equipment, and materials for multiple job sites.
Maintain project schedules and documentation, including daily logs and safety reports.
Conduct inspections for compliance with NEC and local codes.
Lead safety initiatives, including weekly toolbox talks.
Mentor and evaluate field personnel for performance and advancement.
Qualifications
8+ years in electrical construction, with 3–5 years in a supervisory role.
Experience managing projects up to $10M in heavy civil or airfield environments.
OSHA 30 and First Aid/CPR certifications required.
Proficiency with construction software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam).
Ability to read complex plans and work in fast-paced environments.
Valid driver’s license and ability to pass background/drug screening.
Additional Requirements
Physically able to work on active job sites and travel as needed.
Flexible schedule, including occasional evenings/weekends.
Compensation & Benefits
