About the Role

Litify is built on the Salesforce Platform and we are seeking a Salesforce Consultant (Litify Success Accelerator Program) to join our growing Customer Success team. You are an experienced Salesforce consultant who enjoys helping customers solve process requirements through Salesforce configurations. You thrive in a collaborative, customer-focused environment and work cross-functionally with sales and customer success. In this role, you will:

Work directly with customers to make declarative changes in their Salesforce org, following proper QA and launch procedures Partner with customers to design solutions that increase user efficiency and improve business processes Coordinate with Support Engineers to troubleshoot potential configuration issues Collaborate with Customer Success Managers to realize a future state for assigned client organizations Perform standard Salesforce admin tasks such as setting up users, profiles, roles, and configuring reports and dashboards Build time-saving automations using Flows Provide expertise and advice on best practices, and explain pros and cons of alternative solutions Provide timely communications and resolve requests within SLAs Qualifications and Requirements

3+ years of experience with the Salesforce platform as an IT leader, Admin, or Consultant 1+ years experience with Salesforce automations; strong Flow knowledge (record-triggered flows, collections, loops, and working with 3rd party Lightning components) preferred Strong technical knowledge of Salesforce administration and configuration; Salesforce Advanced Administrator Certification preferred Hands-on experience troubleshooting Salesforce platform issues end-to-end (Application, Database, Network & Integration layers) Experience setting up users, profiles, roles, and configuring reports and dashboards in Salesforce Experience with data migration into Salesforce from CSV/SQL or other systems using tools like Apex Data Loader Experience with or knowledge of accounting platforms (FinancialForce, Accounting Seed) and/or legal accounting is a plus Experience researching, installing, and configuring Salesforce applications Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially in customer-facing roles Ability to manage multiple client tasks simultaneously and de-escalate as necessary Salary and Benefits

Disclosure: The estimated base salary for this role is $80,000. A bonus and benefits are offered. Salary ranges are based on market competitiveness and other compensation considerations.
