Represent clients before
USCIS ,
Immigration Courts , and other administrative agencies Conduct
legal research and case analysis
to develop effective legal strategies Draft
legal documents , including motions, briefs, and pleadings Provide
legal counsel and guidance
to clients on immigration-related matters Collaborate with senior attorneys and support staff to ensure
efficient case management Stay current on
developments in immigration law
and policy changes Attend and actively participate in
court hearings, interviews, and trials Qualifications
Admission to the New York Bar
or any
U.S. jurisdiction (Required) Strong legal
research, writing, and analytical skills Demonstrated interest or experience in
immigration law Excellent communication and organizational abilities Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Prior
litigation experience
