About the role As

Sales Manager , you will be a key driver of growth, directly reporting to the Vice President of Marketing & Business Development. You’ll develop innovative, cost‑effective solutions for our clients, ensuring top‑tier service standards and building lasting relationships. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead a high‑performing team and help shape the future of experiential events.

What you'll do

Generate new business through sales calls, industry events, and hotel partnerships.

Maintain ongoing relationships with hotel representatives and past clients.

Respond promptly (within 24 hours) to inquiries and leads.

Collaborate with Creative Services and Operations teams to develop proposals and client solutions.

Build rapport with suppliers, hoteliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.

Work with the creative team to craft tailored proposals, revisions, and follow‑ups.

Sell a variety of services including destination management, décor, team‑building activities, and more.

Proactively plan and strategize to meet and exceed sales goals, with bonuses for surpassing targets.

Lead sales meetings, attend site inspections, and participate in networking events.

Prepare proposals, contract, and oversee proposal follow‑up.

Coordinate with the operations team for seamless event execution and client support.

Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.

Must be 21 years of age or older.

Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent work experience) and a minimum of three (3) years’ experience in the hotel, event, DMC and / or hospitality industry.

Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and related tools.

Ability to multitask, prioritize, and solve problems effectively.

Physical Requirements:

Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

Physical ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods, with occasional lifting up to 50 lbs.

Must be able to access and navigate each department at the organization's facilities.
