Position Overview

We are looking for a proactive Inside Sales Lead – E-Commerce to grow our online sales and lead the inside sales and customer support team. In this hands‑on role, you will mentor and guide your team, manage customer communications across multiple channels, and work closely with other departments to ensure smooth order fulfillment. This is an exciting opportunity to shape our e-commerce strategy, take ownership of results, and make a real difference in the success of Buildcorp Direct. Key Responsibilities

Sales Leadership and Team Management

Lead, mentor, and support the inside sales team to meet and exceed sales targets Develop and implement strategies to drive online sales growth Allocate tasks efficiently and provide support as needed Customer Engagement and Order Management

Handle customer inquiries, provide quotes, and offer technical support Engage with customers via phone, email, and live chat to create a positive shopping experience Maintain accurate sales data, reports, and order records Collaboration and Strategy

Partner with marketing and operations to align campaigns with sales initiatives Analyze sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities Share ideas to improve team performance and customer satisfaction Qualifications and Skills

2–5 years of inside sales experience, preferably in e-commerce Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills Organized, detail-oriented, and driven by results Proficient in Excel, QuickBooks, and social media Knowledge of the construction industry is a plus Bilingual in Spanish preferred but not required Honest, trustworthy, and able to maintain sensitive, confidential information What We Offer
