Join a winning team where your ideas are heard, your growth is supported, and your work makes a real impact.## **Fire Service Sales Account Executive**### **What you will do**In this critical role, you will promote and sell **service agreements (preventive maintenance agreements—PMAs)** for commercial building systems—including **fire alarm, suppression, sprinkler, security, sound, communication, and inspection** solutions. Your work fuels growth, strengthens customer relationships, and drives the overall profitability of the business.### **How you will do it*** **Hit—and exceed—your goals:** Consistently meet financial targets; results are closely **tracked and analyzed** to celebrate wins and identify opportunities to improve.* **Own the full sales cycle:** Demonstrate strong knowledge of each stage—from prospecting and qualification to proposal, close, and renewal.* **Deliver proven results:** Drive **new customer acquisition, organic growth, and retention** across your portfolio.* **Manage your territory strategically:** Build thoughtful plans, prioritize opportunities, and execute with discipline.* **Be a relationship builder:** Nurture trusted relationships internally and externally—acting as a connector, collaborator, and advocate.* **Adopt modern tools and methods:** Embrace new ideas, technology, and best practices to stay ahead.* **Invest in development:** Pursue continuous learning for yourself and your team; bring energy and accountability to a dynamic, fast‑moving sales environment.* **Bring your best self:** Personable, genuine, reliable, and influential—someone customers and teammates remember for all the right reasons.### **What we look for****Required*** Experience selling **service agreements*** **2–3 prior progressive sales roles** with demonstrated growth and results**Preferred*** Technical aptitude with high attention to detail* Strong presentation skills—able to captivate in **one‑to‑one** and **group** settings* Success selling **services and other intangibles*** Exposure to recognized **sales methodologies**, standards, and disciplines**Bonus qualifications*** Knowledge of the **fire and life safety** industry* Experience with **Salesforce.com**Salary Range: HIRING SALARY RANGE: $68-85k (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.) **This role also offers a competitive Sales Incentive Plan that will take into account volume and margin on a project, quarterly, and annual basis.** This position includes a competitive benefits package. **The posted salary range reflects the target compensation for
