Inside Sales Representatives(ISR)areat thecore of our business,quoting service,partsand repairs from the inspections we perform.TheISRfurther develops our long-term relationships with existing customers by recommending and quoting repairs based on Crane 1’s inspection reports. We rely on yourexpertise, knowledge of our products and services, and ability to provide solutions to current and potential customers for their overhead material handling equipment.
The Inside Sales Representative position will be based out of the Field Support Center (FSC)locatedin West Chester, OH.
Exhibit proven Inside Sales experience within the industrial or commercial space.
90% - Generating Inspection repair proposals, following up on existing quotes & closingorders
10% - Working with our vendor partner to obtain parts pricingquickly
Seeksto build long-term business partnershipsand relationships through prompt customer service andfollow-through
Generate and present service quotes/proposals to our existing customerbase
Maintain awareness of customer budgets, and competitive threats in the market, ensuring quotes are competitive andreasonable
Communicate price increases whennecessary
Attend and thoughtfully contribute to weekly sales meetings with the teamssupported
Able to clearly articulate and execute the Crane 1 Advantage
Knowledge : Minimumof (2) years of industrial outsideB2Bexperience, or a combination of education and experience that illustrates a proventrack recordin the overhead material handling space. Overhead crane experience is aplus
Skills : Strongcomputer skills & A competitive nature to meet and exceed sales goals. Must be able todemonstratea track recordofstrong communicationskills.
Ability : Apassion for providing top-notch customer service to Crane1’scustomers. Valid driver’s license and ability to meet our driving requirements.
