Schedule: Full‑time | Monday to Friday
Type: Direct Hire / Permanent Placement
About the Facility: Join a respected, skilled nursing facility in Walnut Creek, known for delivering high‑quality rehab services and fostering a collaborative therapy department. You’ll have the tools and support you need to succeed—whether you’re a new grad or seasoned PT.
Compensation & Benefits:
Estimated Rate Range: ≈
$50 - 60/hr , depending on experience, setting, location, and employment status (full‑time, part‑time, or PRN)
Full‑time Benefits Include:

⚕️ Key Responsibilities:
Evaluate and treat patients to improve strength, mobility, and functional independence

Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations
✅ Qualifications:
Graduate of an
accredited Physical Therapy program
Current
CA License
(or eligible to obtain)
