Legal Client Intake Specialist

Our client, a well-established law firm in West Palm Beach, is seeking an experienced Legal Client Intake Specialist to serve as the first point of contact for the firm. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on client interaction, brings prior law firm experience (personal injury strongly preferred), and understands the importance of making an excellent first impression.
This is an in-office, full-time, temporary-to-hire opportunity, offering a clear path to long-term placement for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities
Answer and manage incoming phone calls
Respond to email inquiries from prospective clients
Follow up with potential new clients in a timely and professional manner
Obtain and document intake information accurately
Prepare and maintain detailed intake lists and records
Set up and manage client information within the firm’s database
Request and track intake forms from prospective clients
