Responsibilities
The Development & Community Engagement Coordinator supports the fundraising, donor engagement and marketing efforts of the organization. This position provides administrative and logistical support to the Marketing & Development team. This position will manage the organization’s donor database, assist with events and coordinate donor communications.
Position Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Preferred education - Bachelor’s degree in nonprofit management, communications, marketing or related field
2+ years of experience in nonprofit support, customer service, or administrative support.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Familiarity with CRM/donor management systems (Bloomerang, Blackbaud eTapestry, Blackbaud Raiser’s Edge, Salesforce, etc.) or other database work preferred
Successful completion of Kansas Bureau of Investigation (KBI), Central Registry, and other applicable background investigations and possess a valid Kansas driver's license
Salary Range $21.10 - $29.93
Hours Between the hours of 8 a.m. and 5 p.m., with occasional evenings and weekends as needed.
