LHH is seeking a
Collections Specialist
to join our client in Charlotte, NC on a contract basis. This position will work onsite and have the opportunity for hybrid in the future.
Responsibilities
Managing a portfolio of B2B accounts
Calling on national accounts clients to collect past-due invoices
Researching in customer portals to pull invoices and resolve past-dues
Working off an aging report in Excel
Additional duties as needed
Qualifications
Experience working in a B2B Collections position
Experience with national account collections is helpful
Excel skills are required (vlookups)
Experience working within customer portals is required
Compensation & Schedule
$26 – $28/hour
Monday – Friday
