Key Responsibilities

Create and revise AutoCAD drawings: floor plans, device layouts, riser diagrams, and as-builts

Assist in developing cost estimates and project takeoffs using Excel and estimating tools

Coordinate with internal stakeholders including sales, engineers, and project managers

Track project progress, maintain drawing revisions, and ensure alignment with job specifications

Help develop and standardize workflows for CAD and estimating deliverables as the team scales

Required Skills

Proficiency with AutoCAD

Advanced Excel skills; comfortable with Word and Outlook

Organized, detail‑oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities

Effective cross‑functional communicator
