Knowledge, Skills and Experience required:
3+ years of multifamily housing leasing experience required
Experience with handling lease renewals and resident retention
Yardi experience is preferred
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Must be able to pass a soft credit review
Compensation and Benefits Available:
ALL COMMISSIONS ARE YOURS! Up to $100/Renewal and up to $100/Rental!
Annual reviews with the opportunity for a raise up to 5%, every year
Blue Cross health insurance only $45.00/ month for a great comprehensive plan for yourself
401k with a 3% matching component
Dental Insurance (no cost for yourself)
Vision Insurance
Life Insurance
Paid Holidays
Paid Time Off, 1 st Year = 80 Hours, 2-4 Years = 120 Hours, 5+ Years = 160 Hours

Paid additional training/school and tuition reimbursement program
Schedule: Monday - Friday dayshift hours. 8:30 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. Occasional Saturday's may be required.
