Traveling Construction Laborer Operator
Company Overview Join a reputable geo-technical contracting company specializing in designing and installing specialty foundation elements and implementing advanced ground improvement techniques. Our projects span commercial, civil, and industrial sectors, focusing on earth retention systems and slope stabilization.
Responsibilities
Perform general site cleanup and maintenance.
Dig trenches, move hoses, and assist with equipment spotting.
Compact soil and perform shovel work as needed.
Move drill piping and clean equipment efficiently.
Assist with rebar installation and mount wood lagging boards.
Operate forklifts and skid steers
Regularly lift and move objects weighing 75+ lbs.
Essential Skills
Minimum 1 year of experience in general construction, agriculture, dirt work, welding, concrete, or landscaping.
Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
Capability to lift and move 75 lbs consistently.
Flexibility to travel and work occasional night shifts (approx. 10%).
Experience operating forklifts and skid steers.
