About The Role
The Assistant Digital Producer supports flawless execution of digital content across The RealReal’s site experience, ensuring all pages are built, QA’d and launched to the highest standard. This role partners closely with Digital, Creative and Site Merchandising teams to bring commercial stories and initiatives to life through our CMS. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and passionate about optimizing digital experiences through precise execution, testing, and data-driven iteration. What You Get To Do Every Day
Build and publish site content in CMS (Prismic), ensuring flawless execution of landing pages and campaign content across the site. QA all experiences end to end, including imagery, copy, links, CTAs and recommendation modules to ensure functionality and accuracy. Manage milestones in our PM tool (Wrike) and ensure assets are sliced and delivered on time. Partner with Creative and Site Merchandising to optimize content layouts and modules that drive engagement and conversion. Support AB and multivariate testing – assist with test setup, QA and documentation to ensure accurate execution and tracking. Execute personalization strategies in partnership with Digital and Analytics teams, validating targeting and rendering on site. QA and validate links for Email and IAM to ensure accuracy and proper routing to live site content. Create and QA Sale Links for Site Merchandising Team. What You Bring To The Role
Minimum Requirements: 1–2 years of experience in digital production, eCommerce operations, site merchandising or related field. Familiarity with content management systems such as Prismic. Strong attention to detail with proven ability to QA and troubleshoot content builds and site experiences. Basic understanding of HTML, web content structure, and digital QA best practices. Strong organization skills and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment. Excellent communication and collaboration skills with cross‑functional teams. Enthusiasm for digital experiences and an eagerness to learn and grow within a fast‑evolving team. Preferred Requirements: Experience working with A/B testing or personalization tools. Understanding of UX principles and how site content impacts engagement and conversion. Familiarity with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Looker, Amplitude). Experience supporting digital campaign execution across channels. Knowledge of SEO fundamentals and how site structure impacts discoverability. Experience in luxury retail or eCommerce environment. The expected salary range for this role is $65,000.00–$73,000.00. To determine starting pay we carefully consider a variety of factors, including primary work location and an evaluation of a candidate’s skills, experience, market demands, and internal parity.
