Our client, a leading organization in the hospitality industry, is seeking an IT Help Desk professional to join their dynamic team. As an IT Help Desk, you will be part of the IT Support Department supporting a broad network of stores and operational teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem‑solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

What's the Job?
Provide Level 1 technical and operational support for inbound events such as calls, incidents, chats, and alerts
Resolve approximately 70% of events on first contact while delivering exceptional customer service to over 4,000 stores
Accurately log interactions within the company's incident management system
Conduct diagnosis and troubleshooting to resolve known issues efficiently
Escalate unresolved problems following department guidelines and maintain a basic understanding of supported hardware and software
What's Needed?
Some college education or equivalent experience preferred
Preferred certifications include A+, CCNA, or Net+
1-2 years of customer service experience is advantageous
Flexible work schedule and ability to adapt to changing priorities
Basic organization, communication, and problem‑solving skills
