Key Responsibilities Assist attorneys with case management from inception through resolution

Draft pleadings, discovery, and other legal documents

Conduct legal research and analyze case law

Prepare for trials, hearings, and depositions, including organizing exhibits and witness materials

Maintain client communication and assist in fostering client relationships

Manage case files, ensuring accurate documentation and timely filings

Qualifications

Paralegal experience in litigation

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Proficiency in legal research and document drafting

Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Bilingual Spanish

Job Information

Job Type: Full-time

Days: M-F

Location: Austin, TX - Downtown Onsite

Compensation: $55,000 - 65,000 (DOE)
