Apartment Community Manager — Affordable Housing (RD)

A property management company is seeking an experienced individual to manage a 24-unit apartment community in Benson, Arizona. The ideal candidate should have experience in affordable housing and will work full-time (40 hours a week). Responsibilities include managing properties, processing applicant paperwork, and enforcing lease rules. The starting pay is between $25 and $26 per hour DOE.
