Site Preparation and Cleanup: Assisting with the construction of roads, bridges and other infrastructure projects.
Team Support: Collaborate with the on-site team to ensure efficient workflow and prevent delays.
Safety & Quality: Uphold safety protocols and quality standards in all operations.
Qualifications and Job Duties
Experience in Site Preparation.
Physical Labor: Digging, lifting, loading, and unloading materials, clearing debris, and assisting with heavy equipment operation.
Material Handling: Transporting and handling materials, including asphalt, concrete and other construction materials.
Assisting with various construction tasks, such as paving, grading and other site work.
Strong teamwork and communication skills.
Commitment to safety and quality.
Preferred Skills
Familiarity with DOT, COE, and regulatory standards.
