Provide 1-on-1 direct care to children with autism in clinics, at home, or in the community. Teach daily living and social skills using evidence-based treatments and positive reinforcement. Implement therapy sessions designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Accurately collect behavior data and collaborate with your team to support each child’s progress. A high school diploma or equivalent (associate or bachelor’s degree in a human services area preferred). Comfort working with children. The ability to perform physical tasks such as walking, running, and lifting (up to 50 pounds). Strong communication skills for interacting with clients’ families. Reliable transportation. Willingness to complete company-provided RBT training and pass the RBT exam within 90 days of hire. Perks and Benefits
P ay rate of $18-22/hr. 20% pay differential for client facing sessions that go past 6 pm or for Saturday sessions. Comprehensive, paid RBT training and exam.
