Job Overview
We are seeking a Digital Analyst with strong Tableau dashboarding and Marketing Analytics expertise to join our team in Chicago, Illinois. The role is contract-based and compensated at $45–49 per hour. Responsibilities
Produce analytics dashboards in Tableau and PowerBI and ad‑hoc reporting for websites, paid media campaigns, social media, and other online activities. Manage large data sets, integrate data from multiple/disparate sources, query databases, and conduct sophisticated quantitative analyses. Translate modeling and analytics output into clear, actionable insights and recommendations that enable revenue growth, channel adoption, and customer acquisition/retention. Support data strategy, analytics support, behavior analysis, cross‑channel measurement, and strategic alignment with all digital marketing stakeholders. Assist in developing and implementing complex analytical solutions, including data preprocessing, anomaly detection, multivariate testing, audience segmentation, and customer journey analytics. Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or equivalent work experience. 3–5 years of experience in digital data ingestion and working within data lakes. 3–5 years of experience building dashboards within Tableau and PowerBI. Strong written, verbal, and virtual communication skills, including navigating across different global regions and cultures. Commitment to being hands‑on and balancing strategic thinking with methodical execution.
