If you have construction skills such as trim, siding, roofing, drywall finishing, landscaping, rough carpentry, or others that could be utilized in this exciting opportunity, apply today!

Typical work schedule: 5-6 days per week; all hours over 40 are paid at time and a half.
In most positions a driver's license is not required but preferred.
The starting wage will be based on documented experience and skill set.
Responsibilities
Set up and prepare manufactured homes for ownership transfer
Execute tasks in roofing, siding, drywall, trim, and landscaping as needed
Collaborate with team members to complete jobs efficiently and safely
Follow company safety standards and procedures
Qualifications
Experience in construction, including trim, siding, roofing, drywall finishing, landscaping, rough carpentry, or related skills
Ability to work well in a team and in a fast-paced environment
Good communication skills and attention to detail
Willingly obtain a driver's license if required for the role
