Opening: Apartment Manager
City: Bellevue, WA
Responsibilities
HVAC, plumbing, electrical, painting, appliance repair, carpentry, and landscaping.
Oversee and/or perform the turn process to prepare apartments for new residents.
Perform typical independent assignments consistent with code requirements and good working practices.
Install, repair, and replace plumbing fixtures, electric switches, breakers, receptacles, appliances, drywall, countertops, and cabinetry.
Troubleshoot, repair, and replace HVAC/R equipment.
Respond to emergency situations when on‑duty or on‑call.
Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, to residents, team members, and service providers regarding planned and completed tasks.
Benefits
$55,000 – $58,000, DOE

Qualifications
Proven experience as a Residential Maintenance Technician.
Experience with HVAC/R systems, and ability to perform basic electrical work, plumbing work, appliance repair, carpentry, and landscaping.
Ability to lift/carry 50 lbs. Ability to walk up and down the stairs.
