Marketing Content Manager
to lead our content engine. You will manage a team of 5 creatives (video editors, designers, and creators) to turn Recharm into a dominant media brand in the DTC space. 1. Manage the Content Production Engine:
Manage the workflow and output of your team (2 video editors, 1 graphic designer, 2 part‑time content creators). You are the Editor‑in‑Chief. You ensure the stream of content for TikTok, Instagram (Reels), YouTube, and the Recharm website is consistent, high‑quality, and on‑brand. 2. Leverage AI for Scale:
Integrate AI workflows into the team's production process to increase velocity. You will set the standard for how we use AI to repurpose long‑form content into shorts, generate b‑roll, or polish copy. 3. Case Studies & Customer Stories:
Own the production of social proof. You will interview our customers (top DTC brands), extract insights, and package them into compelling case studies, video interviews, and testimonials. 4. Own Social & Blog Channels:
Manage our organic presence on Twitter, LinkedIn, and Instagram. You will also manage the company blog, ensuring we are publishing thought leadership that appeals to sophisticated media buyers and creative strategists. 5. Newsletter & Email Strategy:
Write and manage our bi‑weekly newsletter and email content. You will nurture our list of thousands of subscribers, turning passive readers into active users. 6. Product Launch Marketing:
Orchestrate the content strategy for new feature drops. This includes writing marketing copy, directing launch videos, creating social media hype, and drafting announcement emails. 7. Sales Enablement Content:
Arm our sales team with what they need to close. You will create and update sales decks, one‑pagers, and automated email sequences for leads and prospects. 8. Ad Creative Management:
Collaborate with the team to produce high‑performing ad creatives for our own paid acquisition channels. You will hypothesize, test, and iterate on our ads. WHAT IMPACT LOOKS LIKE (In the first 3 months)
