The Senior Marketing Coordinator – North America is a key executional role within REDARC’s regional marketing team, responsible for turning strategic plans into high-impact activity across our distributor, installer, and trade partner network. This position supports REDARC’s growth objectives by coordinating integrated B2B marketing programs, managing day-to‑day campaign delivery, and ensuring our partners have the tools and content they need to succeed with REDARC products.

The role works closely with Sales, Product, Training, and the Global Marketing team to ensure consistent brand presentation, clear product value communication, and effective demand generation throughout North America.

Key Responsibilities Campaign & Content Delivery

Plan, coordinate, and execute multi-channel B2B marketing campaigns targeting key trade and distribution segments in North America.

Localize and adapt global marketing materials for the North American market, including brochures, digital assets, email content, video scripts, and sales presentations.

Develop clear, technically accurate content in partnership with internal subject matter experts to support product education and solution-based selling.

Manage campaign workflows—briefs, timelines, approvals, and asset distribution—ensuring activity launches on time and meets brand and quality standards.

Support the build and optimization of email marketing programs for trade audiences, including content planning, segmentation support, and basic performance reporting.

Create and maintain up-to-date sales enablement collateral such as product sheets, comparison tools, FAQs, and training decks for internal and external stakeholders.

Coordinate co‑marketing initiatives with distributors, installers, and strategic partners, including co‑branded materials, promotions, and content placements.

Manage day-to‑day marketing contact with key channel partners, responding to asset requests, supporting listing updates, and coordinating campaign execution.

Support go‑to‑market execution for new product launches in North America, ensuring channel partners are equipped with relevant information and collateral.

Maintain and organize digital content libraries and partner portals, ensuring accurate and current product and marketing assets are readily available.

Events & Trade Marketing

Coordinate REDARC’s presence at regional and national trade shows, distributor events, and training roadshows.

Oversee the logistics and preparation of event materials, including booths, displays, demo units, and printed collateral.

Support pre‑ and post‑event marketing activities, including invitations, follow‑up communications, and lead handover processes.

Assist in evaluating event performance and capturing insights to improve future participation and investment.

Reporting, Insights & Administration

Track and report on key activity metrics for campaigns, events, and partner programs, highlighting trends, learnings, and improvement opportunities.

Monitor competitor marketing activity and broader industry developments to inform regional planning and content direction.

Support budget administration for North America marketing activities, including PO creation, invoice processing, and vendor coordination.

Contribute to the sharing of regional best practices and case examples with the Global Marketing team.

Actively contributes to building marketing capability within the regional team through documentation, training, and informal coaching.

Person Specification Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related discipline (or equivalent practical experience).

Knowledge, Skills & Experience (Essential)

Proven experience coordinating or executing marketing activity, preferably within a B2B or channel/partner context.

Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to adapt messaging for different audiences and channels.

Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail, with experience managing multiple projects and deadlines.

Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced, growth‑oriented environment.

Ability to build effective working relationships with internal stakeholders, external partners, and vendors.

Proficiency with core marketing tools such as Microsoft Office/Google Workspace and basic design or layout tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Acrobat) for minor edits.

3–5 years’ experience in a marketing coordination or specialist role with exposure to integrated campaigns, including digital and events.

Experience in the automotive, electronics, off‑grid, outdoor, or related technical industries.

Familiarity with CRM, marketing automation, and/or content management systems.

Experience collaborating with distributors, dealers, or channel partners on co‑branded programs.

Preference for candidates located in the Twin Cities, MN area, with the ability to work from REDARC’s St. Louis Park office 2–3 days per week.

Occasional travel within North America may be required for events, partner meetings, and team collaboration.
