Texas Metroplex Institute for Sports Medicine & Orthopedics (TMI) is seeking a fellowship-trained Orthopaedic Trauma Surgeon to join our well‑established, physician‑owned, multi‑specialty orthopaedic private practice in the Dallas–Fort Worth Metroplex offering two state‑of‑the‑art clinic and on‑site rehabilitation facilities. 100% physician‑owned private practice Trauma call coverage at Methodist Mansfield Medical Center, a 294‑bed Level II Trauma Center with continued growth and expansion plans Call stipend provided Productivity‑based compensation model with strong earning potential Partnership opportunity after 1 year Significant ancillary income opportunities, including physical therapy, imaging, and DME Optional ASC and real estate investment opportunities Opportunity to assist with care for professional sports organizations, including the Texas Rangers and Dallas Stars Collaborative, collegial practice environment with a strong referral base Why TMI?
