We’re looking for people who are determined to make life better for people around the world.The Regional E-Commerce Manager will be responsible for driving the growth and success of Lilly's e-commerce operations within a designated region, optimizing online sales channels, and enhancing the digital customer experience for pharmaceutical products.

Job Responsibilities:

\* Develop and execute regional e-commerce strategies aligned with global business objectives and local market dynamics.

\* Manage and optimize Lilly's online product presence across various e-commerce platforms, including official websites, third-party marketplaces, and digital pharmacies.

\* Drive online sales performance through effective merchandising, promotional campaigns, pricing strategies, and customer engagement initiatives.

\* Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and implement digital marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing) to increase traffic and conversions to e-commerce channels.

\* Monitor and analyze regional e-commerce performance metrics, including sales, traffic, conversion rates, and customer behavior, to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

\* Conduct market research and competitive analysis to stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities in the e-commerce space.

\* Work closely with supply chain and logistics teams to ensure efficient order fulfillment, inventory management, and timely delivery of products.

\* Manage relationships with e-commerce platform partners, vendors, and agencies to optimize platform capabilities and campaign execution.

\* Ensure all e-commerce activities comply with local regulations, industry standards, and company policies, particularly concerning pharmaceutical product sales and marketing.

\* Provide regular reports and insights on regional e-commerce performance to senior management.

Job Qualifications:

\* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.

\* Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in e-commerce management, with a strong focus on regional strategy and execution.

\* Proven track record of driving significant online sales growth and improving e-commerce KPIs.

\* In-depth knowledge of e-commerce platforms, digital marketing channels, and analytics tools.

\* Experience in the pharmaceutical, healthcare, or a highly regulated industry is a significant plus.

\* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.

\* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.

\* Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

\* Proficiency in English and Mandarin Chinese (both written and spoken) is required.
