Successful State Farm Agent is seeking a qualified professional to join their winning team for the role of Bilingual (English/Polish) Licensed Customer Service / Sales Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member. We seek an licensed energetic professional interested in helping our business grow through value-based conversations and remarkable customer experience.
You must meet the following criteria to be considered for this position; please only apply if you:
1. Are bilingual; fluent in both Polish and English
2. Have an active Property and Casualty insurance license
3. Are able to commute to our office location in Arlington Heights, IL (this is an inhouse position).

Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed
Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification
Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options
Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day

$22 - $23/hour plus commission and bonus (yearly income potential 60,000 to 100,000)

Must be fluent in both Polish and English
Property & Casualty license (required)
Life and Health license (must have or be able to obtain within 90 days)
