60+ markets across 5 regions .
The
Onboarding & Retention Content Specialist, Global Strategic Marketing
will provide expertise and leadership for content creation that improves the journey to acquire new users, promotes retention, and drives growth for a flagship medical device product. You will collaborate with an agency partner responsible for developing content. The strategy is defined—now we need someone who can roll up their sleeves and execute.
This is a
high-impact global project supporting 62 markets .
Work involves developing content, briefing agencies, and routing assets through MLR (Legal/Regulatory) review.
The ideal candidate has experience executing multi-channel CRM campaigns that increase lifetime value and deliver a positive ROI.
Job Responsibilities:
Lead retention campaigns and loyalty programs, overseeing asset production and campaign execution through marketing automation across digital channels.
Own analytics and reporting: ensure data meets functional requirements, define program tracking KPIs, mine insights through dashboards, and communicate results effectively.
Test and learn new programs and services to enhance consumer experience and increase sales and profitability.
Job Requirements:
10+ years of experience in direct/digital CRM campaign management, database operations marketing, tech vendor/agency management, and digital marketing with proven understanding of deliverability optimization.
Detail-oriented, resourceful, and strong communicator.
Ability to manage projects with creative agencies and maintain strong agency relationships.
Experience working within a regulatory environment for MLR submissions.
Hands‑on experience with onboarding and retention programs across all digital channels (app, email, website).
Ownership mindset – proactively drives tasks to completion.
Strong collaboration skills – ability to work cross‑functionally with marketing, creative, and regulatory teams.
Tech‑savvy – familiarity with common digital marketing tools or platforms (email automation, CMS, app management).
Experience with editorial content and creative asset development using Figma.

Additional Skills & Qualifications
Proven track record leading successful programs and campaigns across relevant channels, including email campaigns that deliver measurable impact.
Self‑motivated and proactive with a strong work ethic and appreciation for a collaborative culture.
Strategic, organized, detail‑oriented, and results‑driven.
Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills; proficiency with MS Office suite.
Experience in Direct‑to‑Consumer, data‑driven environments; e‑commerce experience within healthcare and/or CPG a plus.
Knowledge of applicable regulatory standards and requirements for medical devices preferred.
B.A. or B.S. degree in Marketing, Direct Marketing, or related field required.
Experience Level:
Intermediate Level.
Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Alameda, CA.
Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $70.00 - $75.00/hr.
