GhostRanch Communications is a creative agency that focuses on the art for storytelling. We work closely with B2B product marketers, c-level executives, event teams, and founders. The clients we support are often tasked with creating critical messaging and visuals, then packing it up into high-value assets and tools to help their teams drive revenue. In many cases, our clients do not have access to an in‑house team for dedicated design and narrative support. They often lean on GhostRanch to be their partner in supporting visual storytelling, narrative development and strategic product marketing services.
Description The Account Manager serves as a strategic and trusted partner to clients, responsible for building and nurturing long‑term relationships while delivering exceptional client experiences. This role serves as the primary point of contact, guiding clients through the development of high‑impact presentations and sales assets that support their goals across B2B and B2C audiences. Working closely with internal creative and project teams, the Account Manager ensures projects are thoughtfully managed, expectations are clearly set, and solutions are aligned with each client’s evolving needs. Through a deep understanding of client objectives and consistent, high‑quality service, the Account Manager helps strengthen and grow accounts over time. This is a full-time, remote position.
Duties & Responsibilities
Team Collaboration – Partner closely with Creative and Operations teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and aligned with agreed‑upon objectives.
Meetings – Facilitate and drive meetings with clients and prospects, developing agendas, keeping meetings on track and promptly following up on action items.
Client engagement – Builds & deepens relationships with current and new clients, leading regular planning calls. Responsible for updating and maintaining the client/prospect CRM while paying special attention to each client’s marketing calendar to know when to reach out.
Project Management – Ensures projects stay on agreed timelines and on budget. Uploads new projects and manages existing ones through the PM tool, Trello.
Business Development – Conducts discovery calls and proposals within their book of business. Works closely with clients on forecasting, negotiation and budgeting skills.
Strategy – Listens to client marketing strategies, adding insight and value to help clients with their marketing plans and executions. Actively works to understand the business and products of all clients within their book of business.
Thought Leadership – Evangelizes the best practices in Product Marketing and Sales Enablement Asset creation, workflows. Shares wisdom with existing clients as well as outbound, to educate and excite new leads to GhostRanch. Assists with furthering our position as that ultra‑niche option that most marketers didn’t even know existed.
Account Growth – Proactive in identifying ways to expand into different opportunities with both new and existing clients. Motivated and takes initiative in dedicating time towards growth and expanding your book of business.
Travel – Occasional travel for networking, event conference sponsorships, and generating new and expansion of business.
Attends annual onsite retreats.
Performs other duties as assigned.

Values creative work and has a love for presentations. Passion for storytelling, knack for messaging, and ability to contribute to the creation of a presentation.
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree or higher
3-5+ years of Agency experience in Account Management or client‑side in Customer Success, Sales, Marketing, or Events.
Familiarity with B2B marketing and corporate branding preferred, Enterprise tech space experience a bonus
Position Requirements
Location: Fully Remote / PST or MST timezone
Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
Hours: 30-40 hours per week
Applicants located in PST or MST timezone required
